Something amazing is happening in Alachua County, Florida. Nonprofit pet rescue groups, local government, veterinarians, and animal lovers are working together to end overpopulation of dogs and cats through spay/neuter initiatives, education, and adoption. One day soon we will be able to say that this is a community that guarantees a loving home to every pet.

Since 2000, the Alachua County partners have succeeded in reducing euthanasia of homeless pets in our community by 93%!

The Wagmore Foundation provides funding to support progress toward this goal.
